Head of Delivery TransformationDelivery transformation across 20+ product teams. Built a shared visibility system in six months: goals, operational control, flow metrics, and a team maturity model. Working directly with the CEO, CTO, and leadership team; managing four Delivery Managers.

T-Bank
Lead Delivery ManagerIntroduced OKR and Flight Levels for 300+ people. Reduced Lead Time 2.2× in 3–4 months. Launched an internal Kanban School and an external Delivery Manager School; a Slack bot helped around 60 teams assess regression.

Team ManagerGrew the team from 6 to 16 people, reduced Lead Time from two weeks to three days, and shortened the release cycle from 1.5 months to two weeks. The team launched six internal products.
